To support an enterprise cloud-based data and analytics platform for a federal health agency, the full-time contingent Service Designer will streamline the platform's intake and onboarding processes, develop service blueprints, and implement change management strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Optimize and operate a unified intake workflow with automated tracking and clear status visibility Implement a platform routing model to direct requests appropriately and coordinate enterprise onboarding processes Define and monitor intake KPIs, conducting biweekly reviews to identify and implement improvement opportunities Required qualifications Experience designing and operationalizing end-to-end services Direct experience with change management and process improvement Expertise in customer intake, onboarding, and enablement tasks Authorization to work in the United States and ability to obtain a federal Public Trust background investigation Willingness to attend meetings with client stakeholders during Eastern Time business hours
