We are seeking a highly driven recruiter to build out our sales trading teams in New York and Los Angeles, starting immediately within our New York office.

About the Role

In your role as Recruiter, your main focus will be building and running the full hiring pipeline that feeds our junior sales trader desks in New York and Los Angeles. Taking initiative is highly valued at OTC Flow, where acting on your own ideas to sharpen and speed up our hiring will be incentivized.

You will own our job postings and continuously optimize them, market OTC Flow online to attract the kind of ambitious, commercially minded candidates our desks are built on, and run every stage of the pipeline yourself. We do not look for a generalist HR candidate, but instead for someone with real sales or high-volume recruiting instincts who can run a pipeline the same way our traders run a book.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, mainly for front-office roles, from searching profiles and conducting interviews to issuing employment contracts;
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain all job postings;
• Achieve a hiring target of at least 4 hires per month;
• Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with universities and agencies in strategic regions housing large talent pools;
• Serve as new joiners' first point of contact from day one, ensuring a seamless onboarding process;
• Assist in ensuring the implementation of HR best practices, policies, procedures, processes, and systems in alignment with HR directives.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
• 1-5 years of work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar;
• Proven track record of successfully filling sales positions;
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Full professional fluency in English, with professional proficiency in Spanish a huge plus;
• Data-driven approach and ability to create quantitative reports on the recruitment process;
• A natural self-starter, with a lot of energy and a strong drive for results;
• Autonomous mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Remuneration

Base salary ranging from $65,000–$80,000 gross per year, plus a discretionary bonus, reviewed semi-annually, tied to hiring volume and the performance of your hires over time.
