Job Title: Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift

Job Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule: 3rd shift, four 10-hour days with a 3-day weekend

Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee CNC machining and assembly operations on the third shift.
\n
• This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, meeting production targets, and driving continuous improvement.
\n

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and develop manufacturing employees.
\n
• Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and staffing.
\n
• Monitor quality, productivity, costs, and delivery timelines.
\n
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
\n
• Promote workplace safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure regulatory compliance.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• At least 5-8 years of supervisory or leadership experience in CNC machining.
\n
• High school diploma required; related college education preferred.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience with continuous improvement and production management.
\n
• Proficiency with computers and manufacturing systems.
\n
