About the Position

Loyal Cleaning Services, LLC is looking for a dependable, organized, and bilingual Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with clients, employees, and subcontractors in both English and Spanish and helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with subcontractors and employees.

Communicate with employees and subcontractors regarding schedules, assignments, and work updates.

Assist with employee scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping.

Handle customer inquiries and help resolve service-related issues.

Maintain organized records, documents, and office files.

Assist with general administrative duties and daily office operations.

Follow up with clients and staff as needed to ensure services run smoothly.

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software.

Dependable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
