Growth Marketing Manager – Online Courses & Robotics

The Role

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate revenue growth across our live online education programs and KIDZBot robotics products. You will identify growth opportunities, develop actionable strategies, and work with our team to turn plans into measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking, business judgment, and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

1. Drive Revenue Growth

• Analyze the customer funnel from registration to trial, paid enrollment, and renewal.
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and revenue growth opportunities using existing data analyticsdashboards and support from our data analyst.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.

2. Activate Our Existing User Base

• Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to convert our 70,000+ registered users into paying customers.
• Execute email, SMS, referral, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaign performance.

3. Lead KIDZBot Go-to-Market

• Develop marketing strategies for KIDZBot robotics products across B2C and B2B channels.
• Support product positioning, pricing experiments, launch campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Generate qualified leads from learning centers, after-school programs, and schools.

4. Own Execution & Results

• Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and actionable marketing plans.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to drive execution.
• Monitor performance weekly, identify issues, and adjust strategies based on results.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions.
• Experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and marketing KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute marketing initiatives that improve business results.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech, consumer subscriptions, or K-12 education.
• Experience with B2B lead generation, STEM education, or robotics products.

Compensation & Details

• Salary: $50,000-$60,000/year, based on experience
• Paid time off
• Visa sponsorship support available (CPT / OPT / H-1B / Green Card)
