About the Role:

We are hiring a Director of Growth to open new clients and scale our AI transformation practice. The role is focused on the United States, with openness to playing a role in North America more broadly, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East as we grow. This is consultative selling at the executive level: you will originate relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and managing partners, run the first conversation yourself, diagnose where AI can move a company's cost base and growth, and convert that conversation into multi-year transformation programs delivered by our engineers and operators.

You will help own the growth of the firm, report directly to our CEO and senior leadership, and work alongside the delivery principals who scope and run the work. The role is not a traditional sales seat: the people who win here are great sellers who are also credible on how AI transformations actually work, what they deliver, and what it takes to run them.

Our deepest references and the sectors where your network and background will be most valuable: healthcare services, business and professional services, financial services and insurance, software, education, and consumer.

What You Will Do:

\n
• Build and work a named list of companies and executives, primarily in the US and generate first meetings through your own network, warm introductions, and targeted outreach
\n
• Run the first conversation yourself: diagnose where AI can move a company's cost base and growth, and leave with a scoped next step
\n
• Shape initial engagements and convert them into multi-year programs, working with a delivery principal on scope, pricing, staffing, and terms
\n
• Own the commercial relationship on the accounts you open through follow-on phases and renewals, with the delivery team owning the work
\n
• Keep pipeline, next steps, and forecasts current in our operating model
\n
• Bring market feedback and new use cases back to the founders and the product team
\n

About You:

You are scrappy and hungry, you have built something from nothing, and you want to own a growth franchise rather than manage a quota. You are two things at once: a proven consultative seller and someone a CEO or CFO treats as an advisor on AI transformation rather than a vendor. Specifically:

• 5 to 20 years of experience with a track record of originating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder services or technology engagements with senior executives; you can point to revenue and relationships that exist because of you
\n
• Credible on AI transformation: you have led, delivered, or sold AI, automation, or analytics programs inside operating businesses, can explain how they work and what they return in plain language, and can hold your own with a CTO as well as a CFO
\n
• A strong executive network in one or more of our focus sectors: healthcare services, business and professional services, financial services and insurance, software, education, or consumer; relationships in North America, Europe, Asia, or the Middle East beyond the US are a plus
\n
• Executive presence: you have sat across from CEOs and CFOs on deals, transformations, or operating decisions and can run a first conversation alone
\n
• Commercial and financial fluency: you read a P&L and an employee census quickly and can frame an opportunity in EBITDA terms
\n
• Comfort with cold outreach, long sales cycles, and being told no; a bias to act over planning
\n
• Backgrounds that tend to fit: engagement manager or associate partner at a top consulting firm who sold and delivered AI or transformation work; enterprise or strategic account leader at an AI-native or data company; forward deployed engineer or deployment strategist who moved into go-to-market; private equity or investment banking professional with hands-on exposure to portfolio value-creation programs; transformation or managed services director at a large advisory firm

• Legally authorized to work in the US
\n

• Shipped AI, not just talked about it. You have been close enough to real deployments to know what works, what fails, and why.

• Structured synthesis. You can write a one-page point of view on a company's AI opportunity in a day and present it with conviction.

• Builder DNA. You don't just recommend, you build: offers, materials, relationships, and a franchise.
