Counselor – Harmony Recovery

\n \nAbout the Role
\nAllHealth Network is seeking a licensed Counselor to join our team at Harmony Recovery, a residential treatment program serving individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This role plays a critical part in supporting client recovery through comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
\nAs a Counselor, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high quality, client-centered care in a dynamic treatment environment.
\n \nWhat You Will Do
\nProvide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations using DSM-5 criteria
\nComplete bio-psycho-social assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
\nFacilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, including relapse prevention
\nCollaborate with medical staff and case management to coordinate care and discharge planning
\nMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
\nSupport clients across multiple levels of care, including detox, residential, and extended care programs
\nLead and facilitate therapeutic groups focused on mental health and substance use recovery
\nCommunicate effectively with families, referral sources, and internal care teams
\nParticipate in treatment plan reviews and ongoing care coordination using ASAM criteria
\nAdhere to all confidentiality standards including HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR Part 2
\nContribute as an active and engaged member of the clinical team
\n \nWhat You Bring
\nMaster’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
\nActive licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent)
\nTwo years of experience in counseling or behavioral health settings preferred
\nExperience working with co-occurring disorders strongly preferred
\nKnowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
\nExperience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, or mindfulness-based approaches
\nStrong skills in individual and group facilitation
\nAbility to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients and families
\nStrong documentation and communication skills
\nCommitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality
\nCPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain
\nValid Colorado driver’s license if driving for business purposes
\nIf in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety is required

Salary:
\nLPC, LMFT, or LCSW - $70,000 - $76,000 annually
\nLPCC, LMFTC or LSW/SWC - $60,000 - $66,000 annually
\nLAC - additional $5,000 annually
