Join Our Team as a Basketball Referee at Arizona Youth Sports!

Are you passionate about basketball and love the energy of game day? Arizona Youth Sports, located in Mesa, AZ, is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Basketball Referees to join our team. Whether you're a seasoned official or just starting out, this is your chance to make a difference in youth sports while enjoying the thrill of the game!

What You'll Do

As a Basketball Referee, you'll play a key role in ensuring our games are fair, fun, and focused on sportsmanship. Your responsibilities will include:

• Enforcing game rules and maintaining the flow of play.
• Promoting fair play and ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
• Communicating effectively with players, coaches, and fellow officials.
• Representing Arizona Youth Sports with integrity and professionalism.

Our games are held in the East Valley, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that brings the excitement of basketball to life every Saturday.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who:

• Are enthusiastic about basketball and youth sports.
• Have strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Are reliable and committed to working Saturdays.
• Are open to learning—no prior officiating experience is required! We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Schedule and Pay

• When: Saturdays only (with some flexibility if needed).
• Hours: General GameDay hours range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, depending on location.
• Pay: Starts at $16/hour-$20/hour, with experienced referees eligible for a negotiated pay rate.
